How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home
Method 1: Measure an Existing Ring (Most Accurate)
- Take a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
- Measure the inner diameter of the ring (in mm).
- Match it with the chart below.
Method 2: Measure Your Finger
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or thread around the base of your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps.
- Measure the length in millimeters.
- Match it to the circumference in the chart.
📌 Tip: Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly swollen for the most accurate fit.

- Rings should slide on easily but not rotate loosely.
- For thicker bands, choose one size up.
- Cold weather → fingers shrink
