Shreori: Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
At Shreori, your happiness is our priority! If something doesn’t work out, our easy returns and exchanges policy is here to help, no questions asked. 😊
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry.
- Exchanges are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Customers must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
- Once approved, we’ll arrange an exchange or replacement.
- How to Return: Drop us an email at shreori.in@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll guide you step by step!
Note: Returns after 3 days can’t be processed, so please act quickly!
Damaged Items? We’ve Got Your Back!
If your item arrives damaged, let us know right away at shreori.in@gmail.com, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you(delivery excluded).
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in case of cancellation before dispatch or if a replacement is unavailable for a defective product.
Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
